Why connection matters:

Medicine is built on relationships — yet many physicians have fewer opportunities than ever for honest conversation, reflection, and mutual support.

Administrative demands, operational pressures, and professional expectations can leave physicians feeling disconnected from colleagues, purpose, and the aspects of medicine they value most.

Medicine Together creates intentional space for physicians to pause, reconnect, and engage in meaningful conversation with peers who understand the realities of medical practice.

What Makes Medicine Together Different?

Medicine Together is not a wellness lecture, resilience webinar, or one-time workshop.

It is a longitudinal, physician-led, facilitated small-group program designed for depth, trust, and continuity. Through an in-person kickoff, six facilitated virtual conversations, and a small-cohort format, participants have time to build relationships, reflect honestly, and develop practical habits for ongoing peer connection.
