Corey Martin, MD

Corey Martin, MD, is a family physician, healthcare leader, coach, and nationally recognized advocate for physician well-being. He is the founder of the Bounce Back Project and Innovations in Resilience and has worked extensively with physicians and healthcare organizations to advance professional fulfillment, peer support, resilience, and cultures of connection.

Dr. Martin facilitates resilience retreats across the United States and internationally. As a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator and Center for Courage & Renewal Facilitator, he draws on the work of Brené Brown and Parker Palmer to help physicians reflect, reconnect, and navigate the challenges of modern medical practice with greater purpose, community, and meaning.

Mark Greenawald, MD  

Mark Greenawald, MD, is a family physician, coach, educator, and nationally recognized leader in physician well-being. He is the founder of PeerRx, an innovative peer support program designed to help physicians and healthcare professionals build meaningful connection and mutual support.

Dr. Greenawald has developed and facilitated physician coaching, peer support, and leadership programs across the country. He brings deep experience helping physicians strengthen the relationships, practices, and perspectives that sustain fulfilling careers in medicine.
